Free 'Beatles on the bandstand' concert coming to Sefton Park

A free Beatles tribute concert is coming to Sefton Park Palm House.

Taking place at 2pm on Sunday, May 7, the show will be located on the Palm House's bandstand. Liverpool-based tribute band, Da Beats, will be performing at the event.

The band will be performing their own renditions of the Fab Four's classic hits, spanning across the decades. Fans will be able to enjoy songs from the early 60s Beatlemania, the Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band era and tracks from Abbey Road.

The event is free, with the option for guests to donate to the Palm House if they wish. Sefton Park Palm House is owned by Liverpool City Council and managed by Sefton Park Preservation Trust, a registered charity that maintains the Palm House.

Known for its stunning backdrop, the Grade 2* listed building re-opened its doors to visitors in 2001, after becoming derelict in the 1990s. The arts and cultural venue is now home to a programme of free community events.
