NFL free agency begins with the legal negotiation window on Monday for two days of communication with players who will be free agents on Wednesday, when the new league year begins. The Arizona Cardinals will be active, whether it is with big contracts or small ones.
One position that doesn’t look like will be addressed much is safety because they have Budda Baker and Jalen Thompson. But Baker enters the final year of his contract and did ask for a trade last offseason.
If they make a move with Baker, they probably would add a veteran safety in free agency.
