Former professional cricketer turned presenter Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff and comedian Jason Manford have been spotted filming on Mount Snowdon. The duo were in high spirits and were chatting with walkers and hikers earlier this week in Wales' famous mountain range.
It is not known what they were filming for yet but Jason has been posting on his Instagram that he has been in Wales for a couple of days and for Top Gear presenter, Freddie, it's a trip back to the country he and his co-presenters described as 'magical' in their latest episode, you can read more on that here. Ex-military man Bill Faichney saw the pair climbing Mount Snowdon earlier this week, on Monday (June, 20) and stopped them for a cheeky chat and a selfie.
Bill, who is 53 from Fife originally, made the trip up from Pembrokeshire, where he's lived for more than two decades, to climb the mountain with his army colleague who he hadn't seen in 30 years. On his way down the Llanberis Path, he spotted the famous faces and a film crew.

He said: "As we got closer l realised who the guys were and then l got really cheeky and cut right in front of the film crew and spoke to Freddie who was very civil when l asked for a selfie. I then said hi to Jason and then l joked that l said that as if l had known him for years."
He added: "As we ventured on down Snowdon those two jokers continued to be filmed venturing up towards the summit and chatting with other hikers/climbers. They really seemed to be enjoying the views. It was a total surprise to see Freddie and Jason halfway up Snowdon, but it makes the memory and experience of my first trip up Snowdon a little more memorable."
Posting different photos to his Instagram Jason described Wales as "gorgeous". He said: "Beautiful day. Don't know why Wales don't mention how lovely their weather is! Its's gorgeous."
Jason's photos also showed him camping and the film crew. F
