Frankie Bridge has revealed she and her husband Wayne often walk around their house completely 'naked'.
Speaking on Loose Women, the former Saturday's singer admitted she and former footballer Wayne are 'quite a naked family' behind closed doors.
The couple are parents to sons Parker, eight, and Carter, six.
Frankie told her co-panellists Jane Moore, Katie Piper and Kaye Adams that there isn't an issue with being open with your body in her house.
"I don't see what the issue is. I wouldn't think, 'Oh now is the time to cover up,'" said the mum.
"I think if Parker and Carter started to look uncomfortable or if they started saying, 'Ooh, mummy,' then I would go from there."
Frankie went on to say that she looks out for clues from her boys if they are feeling comfortable with her showing her body.
"Parker sometimes, I can see, might feel a bit uncomfortable, so I would cover up," she added.
"So I just go from their cues. But I remember growing up and seeing my parents run to and from the bathroom and I didn't think twice about it.
"Hopefully, I would make them feel comfortable in that way."
She said she hopes the openness of their family will help her children feel comfortable around any future partners.
It comes after the former singer opened up about her relationship with singing.
She revealed how over the years she developed a complex about her voice and that has resulted in her almost giving it up entirely.
Frankie discussed her relationship with singing during an Instagram Q&A after a fan asked her: "Do you sing around the house?"
The mother-of-two replied: "I actually hardly ever sing. I have a bit of a complex about it. I slowly lost the joy of it over the years."

She said: "I've done it for so long. It's actually lovely doing other things.
"I was always more into the performance. Rather than the singing specifically. But if I watch a show. It inspires me so much!"
Frankie also revealed that she is still in touch with her campmates from I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!
The singer said: "We have a group chat that's still going. I'd love to actually see them all. But you know what it's like.
"There's a lot of us to plan to get together at once. We had a once in a lifetime experience together and no time apart will ever change that."
