Frankie Bridge was left in tears after finishing her therapy session this week and said Christmas 'isn't all parties'.
The former The Saturdays singer, 33, took to her Instagram to share a candid post with her 1.5 million followers.
She posted a selfie wearing a cosy blue sweater as she showed fans her 'puffy eyes' and red nose.
"Those after therapy puffy eyes and a red runny nose... cos Christmas isn't all parties and presents," the singer captioned the post and added a peace sign.
She later got her energy back up by heading to the gym to enjoy a pilates session and even brought along her Loose Women water bottle.
The star also took a mirror selfie with her husband Wayne, 42, as she smiled for the photo in her workout clothes.
"Introduced Wayne to Tower at UPilates Studio," her caption said.
Frankie has been an open book about her mental health struggles over the years – becoming a spokesperson for those who struggle with depression.
The star spent time in a psychiatric hospital in 2011 at a point when her relationship with Wayne was in the early stages.
She previously mentioned how her relationship with her husband Wayne and their marriage was strengthened due to him learning about her mood disorder.
She said on the Made by Mammas podcast: “I had my breakdown right early on, it was in the first year of our relationship together and he was amazing.
“He could’ve run for the hills, but he didn’t. He stuck around and he tried to learn as much as he could through my therapists and doctors at the time. It was real stress for him.
Meanwhile, Frankie recently opened up about joining Loose Women and how she felt about it in the beginning.

She joined the ITV panel show in early 2021 and has been a hit ever since.
“I was first approached by Loose Women a year before I started, but didn’t feel I had anything to offer," she said to Mirror recently.
"I wasn’t comfortable voicing opinions, I’d never had to do it before."
"But I’ve learnt to say when I don’t understand something because there will be people watching in the same position.
Frankie added: "I can be honest about what I think and feel without being embarrassed and that comes with confidence. I’m not confident all the time, but I know now that putting myself in uncomfortable situations generally turns out fine.”
