Frank Lampard says the only way to solve Everton's away form is through hard work.
Responding to Sean Dyche's comments about his own half-time team talk - in which the Burnley boss highlighted the Blues' dismal run on the road - Lampard said most sides at the bottom end of the table faced a similar problem.
With his side trailing 2-1 due to two Richarlison penalties, Dyche told his Clarets players ahead of the second half: "We spoke to the players at half-time just about getting back to the basics really and the bigger picture of their season.

"I think it was six points from 42 away from home, I reminded the players of that. We've been there ourselves, it's difficult to break out of that, it's difficult to find the confidence and belief in games.
"It was for us to go and expose that, and we just about did. We found the moments that count."
And after two soft second-half goals allowed Burnley to take a huge three points in the battle for Premier League survival, Lampard was asked about the point made by Dyche.
He responded: "I think all the teams around us in the table have a similar problem, whether it's home or away we don't win enough football matches. Burnley have been the same. So that's just the reality of where we are now. The only way we get around it is to work. We have to go again."
Looking ahead to Saturday's visit of Manchester United to Goodison Park, Everton's next fixture, Lampard added: "Manchester United will be a completely different game, with an understanding of the pressure that's now on it. We can't pretend tonight didn't happen, we have to be on a good edge against United."
