Frank Lampard has responded to claims that Ange Postecoglou could replace him at Everton by saying he doesn't pay 'too much attention' to speculation.
Rumours cropped up last week claiming the Celtic boss was on a shortlist of names the Blues would move for if they were to part company with the former Chelsea and Manchester City midfielder.
The tentative speculation emerged after the Blues were beaten twice in five days by Bournemouth. The first, a 4-1 loss in the Carabao Cup, came before Lampard’s side were humbled 3-0 in the Premier League in their final game before the World Cup break.
