Frank Lampard has arrived at Finch Farm training complex as he prepares to be announced new manager of Everton.
The former Chelsea and Derby County boss is set to put pen-to-paper on a two-and-a-half year contract to take over from Rafa Benitez, who was sacked earlier this month.
Both Duncan Ferguson and Vitor Pereira were also in the frame but Lampard emerged as the leading candidate over recent days.
Lampard has has been pictured arriving at Finch Farm ready to be confirmed as the new manager and potentially oversee what could be a busy deadline day.

Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek is expected to complete a loan move to Goodison Park, with the Blues still looking for more arrivals before the 11pm cut-off.
The Dutch international has reportedly arrived at the training complex himself having completed part of his medical ahead of the temporary switch.
