Francis Ngannou and Cris Cyborg are set to headline the most significant fight card in Professional Fighters League history. The event, scheduled for October 19, will feature Ngannou taking on PFL Heavyweight Champion Renan “Problema” Ferreira for the new PFL Super Fights Championship. In the co-main event, Cris Cyborg, the Bellator Women’s Featherweight champion, will face Larissa Pacheco, a two-time and two-division PFL champion, in a highly anticipated women’s MMA showdown.
Ngannou, who last competed in MMA in January 2022, will make his PFL debut after signing with the organization in 2023. His opponent, Ferreira, stands at 6-foot-8 and has shown exceptional athleticism since training at American Top Team. Ferreira claimed the 2023 PFL Heavyweight title and is now on a collision course with Ngannou.
