France's Macron leads congratulations for Lula's presidential victory in Brazil

French President Emmanuel Macron was among the world leaders on Monday to hail Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's re-election as Brazil's president.

"France and Brazil have much to build together," Macron said on social media following Lula's victory over Senator Flavio Bolsonaro.
