France's far-right National Rally (RN) has expelled a policeman from its ranks after bodycam footage of him making racist, homophobic and sexist remarks was published on Wednesday. The controversy threatens to revive scrutiny of the party's efforts to distance itself from its extremist past ahead of next year's presidential election.
