'Frail' Queen hoping to attend service for Prince Philip as palace releases details of event

Prince Philip Westminster Abbey Abbey Armed Forces

Buckingham Palace is yet to confirm if the Queen will be in attendance at a service giving thanks to Prince Philip next week.

Members of the Royal Family will be in attendance, reports the Mirror, but there has been no word about whether the monarch is included.

The event is due to be held at Westminster Abbey on Tuesday, March 29.
