Imagine the endless possibilities for the Patriots offense if Bill Belichick had a quarterback like Aaron Rodgers.
While that statement is merely wishful thinking at this point, longtime WFAN media personality Craig Carton said that New England reportedly made an offer to Green Bay to acquire the four-time MVP. However, on The Carton Show on Thursday, Carton shared that Rodgers turned down the offer because of his desire to play in the Big Apple.
“When Aaron Rodgers heard it [the Patriots’ offer], his agent said no we ain’t playing for New England, we want to be a Jet,” Carton said.
