A scorebug — that’s the thing that shows you the score, time left, timeouts, etc. — during a sporting event is one of those things fans can either take for granted … or in this case, they can be extremely annoyed by it.
Fox has premiered a new scorebug for football broadcasts, and so far, the reviews have been negative: It’s HUGE and it has the logos of the teams involved, which is unnecessary. And those logos are crooked, making it an eyesore.
People complained about Fox’s scorebug for the Super Bowl, so you have to wonder if this is just for college football, or if we’re about to get it for their NFL coverage too.
