Manchester United's players were back in training on Tuesday following their first victory of the season over Liverpool on Monday.
The difference between the Reds' performance at Brentford and the one they produced against Jurgen Klopp's side was like night and day. Jadon Sancho gave United the lead with a cool finish before Marcus Rashford doubled the advantage after half-time.
Mohamed Salah scored a late goal for Liverpool but it wasn't enough to stop United from picking up their first victory of the campaign. The victory saw Erik ten Hag's side leapfrog Liverpool and set them up nicely for Saturday's clash with Southampton.

Here's what we spotted as United returned to Carrington on Tuesday.
Players all smiles after Liverpool win
Tyrell Malacia, Sancho and Rashford all earned plaudits from those watching at Old Trafford on Monday. For Rashford, his winning goal was redemption for the criticism, some of which was justified, of his performances in recent seasons.
Sancho, meanwhile, showed the confidence that many knew he had but has so far rarely shown at the club. Malacia potentially cemented himself as United's first-choice left-back after a fine display, and the trio looked in good spirits as they headed out to the training pitches. Plenty of other players were all smiles as they revelled in the win over their arch-rivals.
Ten Hag's assistants take over
Although much of the talk was about the players' improvements on Monday, it is fair to level quite a fair bit of praise at Ten Hag and his coaching staff. From trusting Lisandro Martinez to dropping Cristiano Ronaldo, every call he made seemed to work.
At Carrington on Tuesday, assistants Steve McClaren and Mitchell van der Gaag were heavily involved in training. Both men featured prominently in the United players' drills.
Van de Beek heavily involved
Donny van de Beek may have expected more of a role in the new-look Ten Hag United side. Of course, the Dutchman was one of Ten Hag's favourites at Ajax.
However, he has been reduced to a place on the bench but is evidently eager to impress in training. He was seen doing sprints and shooting practice on Tuesday and could have a chance of starting this weekend as Ten Hag looks for his ideal midfield three.
Youngster gets chance with the first team
It has become a common feature of United first-team training that some of the academy stars get the chance to play with the first-team squad at Carrington. Zidane Iqbal was once again spotted, as was Isak Hansen-Aaroen.
A newer face in these sessions is Omari Forson. The 18-year-old attacking midfielder signed a new deal at United last year and has featured in the Premier League 2 this term.
