The Ohio State football team will kick off against the Nebraska Cornhuskers at noon on Saturday, and in addition to the Buckeyes looking to bounce back after a loss against the Oregon Ducks, this weekend is shaping up to be a huge recruiting event. Another major recruit in four-star wide receiver, Dakota Guerrant, has announced he will be visiting campus and OSU is very much in consideration for his potential landing spot.
Guerrant is a a consensus top ten receiver in the class of 2027 out of the state of Michigan and stands at 6-foot, 1-inch and 185 pounds with the frame to be much larger. Ohio State offered a scholarship to the future star back in September and the Buckeyes are competing with a wide range of schools for his services including places like Akron and Auburn.
Obviously, since he is only a sophomore in high school there is still time for him to rise up the recruiting board even further and add to the 25 offers he has already earned.
