The final week of the summer transfer window won’t just see incomings at the City Ground; Nottingham Forest will also be looking to sanction some outgoings, too.
With an overhaul of the dressing room unavoidable, the Reds have made 16 signings so far, since securing promotion. Meanwhile, a number of players have headed in the opposite direction, either on loan or on permanent moves.
And boss Steve Cooper has reiterated several times in recent days, he expects further “ins and outs” before next Thursday’s 11pm deadline. The next few days are a chance to put the finishing touches to his squad.

Winger Alex Mighten has been attracting plenty of interest. Sheffield Wednesday, Ipswich Town and Scottish side Hearts have all been linked with loan moves for the 20-year-old.
Cooper has previously said Mighten would have a part to play this term, after he caught the eye in pre-season. "I'm a huge fan of Alex, and long-term, will not let him down,” the Welshman said, back in July. “I didn't give him enough minutes last year, for obvious reasons, and sometimes including he had bad luck with injuries.
"But we have drawn a line under that. He's come back looking good. And he's one of us, isn't he?”
The additions Forest have made will likely make it tough for Mighten to get much game time Trentside, however. Although Cooper remains a big fan, that must be weighed up against whether a spell playing regularly elsewhere will be best for his development.
The same could be said of defender Loic Mbe Soh. Like Mighten, he looked good in Tuesday night’s 3-0 Carabao Cup victory over Grimsby Town, but he faces a fight to get near the first-team.
What the Reds don’t want to do, though, is leave themselves short of numbers. Cooper has talked about needing options across the pitch, in a season where strength in depth within the squad will be crucial. That will be another factor which comes into consideration when decisions are made.
Striker Lyle Taylor will be allowed to leave if a move comes up. He finds himself down the pecking order at Forest and spent the second half of last season on loan at Birmingham City.
Blues boss John Eustace has said of the possibility of a return for the front man: "Yeah maybe, but you know that's up to the club to go and explore. He obviously did very well last season when he was here. We know he's a very good Championship player so yeah, possibly."
Midfielder Harry Arter is also free to find a new club. He has not been part of the first-team set-up for some time.
