Four police officers should face misconduct proceedings over their handling of abuse allegations reported by a young woman before she was found dead in a car boot, a watchdog has said.

Harshita Brella, 24, was found in a silver Vauxhall Corsa in Brisbane Road, Ilford, east London, on November 14 last year.
