Four new driving laws starting in April - including huge change to electric vehicles

A new set of driving rules and laws have come into force on April 1.

The new changes follow updated rules in March including number plate changes, Highway Code Updates and Clean Air Zones.

These paved the way for the new changes which kicked in as of April 1. We have gathered all the new rules in 2023 that drivers should know what look out for.
