Four men were on a boat before it was found washed up empty on a beach in Wales, the coastguard has said. The boat was spotted without a crew in Colwyn Bay at around 6am on Saturday morning.
It sparked a major search for those who might have been on board the boat, but the search results were inconclusive. The coastguard has now confirmed it believes that four men were on the boat and that it's "reasonably" confident the group got off safely.
A lifeboat was called to the beach at around 7.20am on Saturday morning and checked the water but no casualties were found, North Wales Live reports.
