Four-goal Club Brugge star makes native dance 'promise' if he scores at Celtic Park

In form Club Brugge striker Christos Tzolis has vowed to perform the Sirtaki - the famous Greek dance - if he scores on Wednesday against Celtic at Parkhead.

The Hoops face the Belgians in their fifth game in the Champions League and are favourites to record their third win in the new-look format.

But they will have to be wary of Greek international hitman Tzolis, who scored four goals at the weekend in a 7-0 mauling of Sint-Truidense.

And he vowed to do a unique celebration of the traditional dance of his homeland if he manages to silence Parkhead tonight.

He explained: "I didn't want to do the Sirtaki dance in the last game because it wasn't the right occasion.

"But I will promise now if I score at Celtic I will do it.

"Our full focus is now on Celtic Park. We don't have to be afraid of anyone in Europe. We've already proven that this season.

"Of course I've heard that the atmosphere at Celtic is fantastic. It's going to be a tough away match, with fierce and passionate fans, but we just want to do our thing."

Tzolis added: "Our last game was a performance to be proud of. For me personally, it's an evening I will never forget.

"We know what we have to do in Glasgow.

"If we just play our own game, I believe anything is possible with this team.

"I am in a good place at the moment and I want to continue that in the Champions League."
