Bolton Wanderers have suffered a huge injury blow to Marlon Fossey with the Fulham loanee's time on the pitch this season coming to a premature end after a torn meniscus.
But Bolton will be without Fulham loanee Fossey after the wing-back limped off towards the end of last weekend's loss to Plymouth Argyle.
The defender will go under the knife tomorrow to have surgery on the injury, which will cut short his involvement on the pitch at Wanderers this season, which is a big blow for both the player and Bolton.

It gives Ian Evatt a selection dilemma at right wing-back after Fossey's fantastic form in the position since arriving at Wanderers at the beginning of the Janaury transfer window.
And the first game Wanderers will have to play without Fossey is tomorrow against League One basement club Crewe Alex.
James Trafford looks set to continue as goalkeeper, while Gethin Jones is due to return from compassionate leave after the death of his mother on Monday.
That means, if Bolton continue with a back three, it appears likely that Will Aimson, Ricardo Almeida Santos and George Johnston will continue.
Wanderers have been hit with the huge blow with Fossey being out for the rest of the season, and Kieran Sadlier, though an attacker, could deputise there.
In central midfield, Kyle Dempsey's return boosts the central midfield department which could continue as MJ Williams and Aaron Morley.
Top scorer Dapo Afolayan could continue in the number 10 role, with Dion Charles partnered upfront by either Jon Dadi Bodvarsson or Amadou Bakayoko.
