Former Yes strategist and Kate Forbes to appear on Question Time in Scotland

BBC’S Question Time is set to come to Edinburgh on Thursday night with a panel including Kate Forbes, opposition party leaders, and a former Yes strategist.

With the General Election campaign now in full swing, viewers will be eager to hear what the panellists have to say about key issues in Scotland.

It comes after John Swinney’s interview with the BBC’s Nick Robinson, where the First Minister said any independence negotiations with the UK government after an SNP victory in a General Election “should involve Scotland having a referendum”.

When is Question Time on and how can I watch it?

You can watch the programme live from 8pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.

Who will be on tonight’s show?

Host Fiona Bruce will be joined by Scottish Conservatives leader Douglas Ross, Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar, Deputy First Minister Kate Forbes, former Yes strategist Stephen Noon, and businessman and adviser Iain Anderson – who has been campaigning for Labour at the General Election.

Announcing who would be appearing on the panel, the BBC made no mention of Anderson's Labour affiliations.
