Former West Lothian nightspot Club Earth could be transformed into nursing home

A former nightclub in Livingston could become a new care home if developer proposals are accepted by West Lothian Council.

Morrison Community Care has proposed turning Club Earth into a care service centre with private residential nursing and dementia care for up to 66 residents, reports Edinburgh Live.

The site is located on Howden South Road in Almondside. The club closed its doors in 2017, and has remained vacant since. The new development seeks to “reinvigorate” the site.
