In the ongoing investigation into efforts to invalidate the 2020 election results in Georgia, Jenna Ellis, a former attorney for former President Donald Trump, has entered a guilty plea to a felony count.

A prominent figure in conservative media, Ellis appeared in the Fulton County Courtroom in Atlanta on Tuesday to acknowledge her guilt and express her “deep remorse” for her role in the case, the Associated Press reported.
