Former Trump aide Alyssa Farah Griffin reportedly selected as ‘The View’ co-host

“The View” reportedly has its eyes set on former Trump aide Alyssa Farah Griffin.

Farah Griffin is the ABC daytime talk show’s selection to fill the co-hosting gig vacated by Meghan McCain’s departure last year, Variety reported Tuesday.

The 33-year-old Farah Griffin is said to be in final discussions to join the show’s panel for the upcoming 26th season.

Farah Griffin, who served as the White House director of strategic communications during Trump’s presidency, would add a conservative voice to the show’s regular lineup.

ABC hasn’t confirmed the full-time addition of Farah Griffin, who has appeared on “The View” in recent months as a guest on the Hot Topics segment.

“We do not have a co-host announcement to make at this time. Stay tuned,” an ABC spokesperson told the Daily News.

Tuesday’s news comes a week after The Daily Beast reported comedian Wanda Sykes dropped out of an appearance on “The View” this month after learning Farah Griffin was working that episode.

“She didn’t want to be part of helping a Trumper launder her reputation,” a source told the outlet.

McCain, the daughter of late Arizona Sen. John McCain, served as a conservative voice on “The View” from 2017 until last August. Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sara Haines and Sunny Hostin currently star on the show.
