Former Strictly Come Dancing stars James and Ola Jordan are desperately searching for somewhere to live this Christmas as they await the green light to move into their new house.
The pro-dancers have launched a desperate plea for help in finding a house after issues with a "very rude" landlord, reports The Mirror.
Back in June it was reported that the couple had put their five-bedroom home in Kent up for sale for £2.5million, so are on the hunt for a six-month rental until their new pad is ready to move into.
They attended a viewing for a temporary place to live with their two-year-old daughter Ella when James revealed they got more than they bargained for in a meeting with a potential landlord.
Taking to his Instagram Stories to express his horror after the experience, James told how the young family were getting desperate in their search for housing ahead of the festive period.
James wrote: "We are currently in the process of moving and need to move into rented accommodation for about six months. We found a rental property we liked and went this morning to meet the landlord.
"I have never been spoken to so rudely! Especially in front of Ola and Ella. It was almost like it was a setup. I hope no-one out there has experienced this with a landlord. He spoke down to us from the minute I shook his hand.
"Currently homeless. Anyone want to take Ola, Ella and myself for Christmas?"
Earlier this month, the famous couple celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary together.
The pair were unrecognisable in throwback snaps as they reminisced over their nearly two decades of marriage.
The happy couple's wedding anniversary came after the pair talked about gaining weight since leaving Strictly Come Dancing and having their daughter Ella.
The pair went viral on Instagram after posting a filter-free picture living their best lives.
Ola has gone from 8st to 11½st, while James has gained 5st and is now 16st.
The couple, who appeared on Strictly between 2006 and 2015 posted together by the pool at their home in Kent.
Speaking of the snap, James told The Sun : "We were like, 'Oh my God, we look like fat old people'. I’ve just got this massive gut, I call it my overhang.
"And Ola has put on weight too. We’ve got in this position together."
James has openly admitted that his love for takeaways has affected the pair’s love life in the bedroom department.
He continued: "Every night after eating it all, we’d go up to bed and I’m saying to Ola, 'Oh my God, my stomach is so sore', and then it’s like, 'Well, see ya in the morning'."
James says their sex life is troubled because of their 'mum and dad bods', meaning he can’t throw Ola about like he is used to do.
He says they both know they 'need to switch up our eating habits' in order to get back in shape to achieve James’ wish of holding Ola above his head again.
