Former soldier’s attack on federal building in New York City shown in newly-released surveillance footage

Surveillance footage shows a man lighting fireworks and starting a blaze at a New York federal building.

Andrew Arrabaca, 43, a former US soldier, has been charged with arson following the incident on Monday (20 July), which the FBI said was motivated by his “anti-Government and anti-ICE beliefs”.
