The Los Angeles Rams drafted Tremayne Anchrum Jr. in the seventh round four years ago, adding some versatility to the offensive line as a player who can play guard or tackle. Unfortunately, injuries and offensive line depth prevent him from being a multigame starter with the Rams and now he’s leaving Los Angeles after four seasons.
The Seahawks announced they’ve signed Anchrum as a free agent, ending his tenure in Los Angeles. Anchrum leaves the Rams with one career start, which ended quickly due to a season-ending leg injury early in the game.
Anchrum was a good depth piece for the Rams up front so they’ll need to find another backup guard to take his place, though Joe Noteboom can help on the interior, too.
