A former greengrocer in a popular neighbourhood in Edinburgh has hit the market.
What was once known as Earthworks, the unit on Raeburn Place in Stockbridge, was a popular spot for locals to pick up locally produced fruit and vegetables.
However, now they have relocated to focus on the wholesale side of the business and as the advert on Right Biz says, it will offer a new opportunity for someone else for a leasehold guide price of £20,000.

With the interior kitted out, new owners could run it as a greengrocer to carry on a similar trade or it would make a good space for a cafe or sandwich shop. This would allow them to make use of the busy trade as Stockbridge is already bustling with cafes and eateries.
As it states on Right Biz: "Up until very recently the unit housed the popular Earthworks Greengrocers which specialised in locally produced fruit and vegetables with an ethos of supplying the freshest produce in a zero waste environment. There was also a good range of oils, vinegars and dressings on offer.
"Earthworks has relocated to concentrate on its wholesale side of the business giving a purchaser an opportunity to continue offering a similar product from this quality trading location or to look at utilising the space for something totally different such as a coffee shop or sandwich shop. Stockbridge is always popular with retailers looking to show off what they have to offer due to the high footfall in the area."
