Former Patriots QB Tom Brady makes donation to Hurricane Milton relief

Former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady announced on Thursday that he would be making a $100,000 donation of food, water and first aid to the relief efforts in Florida in the wake of Hurricane Milton.

He also announced that Gopuff was matching his donation, along with other donations made via “Give With Gopuff” to benefit the Volunteer Florida Foundation.

Per AP News, over three million people are without power in an area still recovering from the devastation wrought by Hurricane Helene. There have been reported casualties, severe damage and flooding in Florida.

Brady is encouraging others to help however they can in this tragic situation.

“Keep those impacted by these storms in your prayers, look out for your neighbors, and continue to help out anyway you’re able. Stay safe, and stay strong Florida,” Brady posted on social media.

Brady is doing his part, as relief efforts continue to pour in. Hopefully, his campaign will inspire others to donate as well.
