A "stylish" bar funded by former Liverpool striker Emile Heskey has closed after accruing debts.
Parea in Alderley Edge is now listed as permanently closed on Google after being wound up by the courts. Documents on Companies House show the bar received its winding-up order on May 30, ending the five-year venture.
The Daily Mail reports debts ultimately forced the bar to close. Parea, which was run by Heskey's wife Chantelle, was visited by WAGs and famous faces, including the cast of reality TV show Real Housewives of Cheshire.

Alderley Edge is part of Cheshire's "Golden Triangle" of affluent towns, along with Prestbury and Wilmslow. Heskey's other half launched the business with partners James Golden and Peter Hunter, the Mirror reports.
According to its Instagram page with more than 28,000 followers, Parea was a "stylish" and "distinctive bar".
James Golden told the Manchester Evening News in February: "We closed the bar as our lease was up for renewal and the village had gone very quiet. We have recently launched in Liverpool and are opening in Spinningfields shortly."
Heskey is best known for his four-and-a-half-year spell at Liverpool, helping the Reds win the FA Cup, UEFA Cup, European Super Cup, Community Shield and two League Cups. The striker started his career at Leicester, where he won two League Cups.
Heskey went on to play for Birmingham City, Wigan, Aston Villa, Australian side Newcastle Jets and Bolton before hanging up his boots in 2016. He also won 62 senior caps for England and now works as a youth coach at Leicester.
