Former Leeds United fans' favourite Ezgjan Alisoki has signed for Turkish giants Fenerbahce. The Macedonian international has joined Fenerbache on a season-long loan from Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli.
Alioski's first season in Saudi Arabia did not go to plan, as Ali-Ahli were relegated from the Pro League, finishing 15th in the 16-team division. He did, however, score six goals and provide nine assists in 28 appearances.
Alioski left Leeds last summer, ending a four-year spell at Elland Road. He turned down the option to sign a new deal with the Whites, and made the move to Saudi Arabia.

The 30-year-old developed into a cult hero during his time in Yorkshire. The versatile Alioski made 169 appearances for the Whites, scoring 22 and assisting 19 goals. He played a crucial role in Leeds' promotion to the Premier League in the 2019/20 campaign, and then again in the following season as Marcelo Bielsa's side finished ninth in the top flight.
Leeds have been linked with Fenerbahce forward Mergim Berisha. Jesse Marsch managed Berisha at Red Bull Salzburg, and he is reportedly interested in bringing the 24-year-old to Elland Road. It's been reported that the Turkish giants want a fee of around £4 million for the German striker.
