Former Labour MP to stand trial over sexual assault

  • Former MP Conor McGinn has appeared in Westminster Magistrates’ Court to deny a charge of sexual assault.

  • The judge has ordered McGinn to stand trial for three days, commencing on 16 November, and he has been released on unconditional bail.
