
A former Labour MP has been appointed to oversee London’s largest brownfield regeneration project, where thousands of homes and a vast high-speed railway station are being built.
Dame Karen Buck, who stood down as MP for Westminster North at July’s general election, was last month nominated by mayor Sadiq Khan to become chair of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC).
