Former Jehanabad MP Arun Kumar gets 3-year jail term for remarks against Bihar CM Nitish Kumar

PATNA: A Jehanabad based special court for the MP/MLA cases has sentenced former Lok Sabha member Arun Kumar to three years in prison for his controversial remarks against Bihar CM Nitish Kumar in June 2015.

Arun, the then state president of the erstwhile Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP), had said that he would break the chest of CM Nitish Kumar for “hurting the respect and sentiment of a particular community.”
