I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! winner Vicky Pattison has taken to social media to post an inspiring message about mental health. The TV personality, 35, has recently opened up about having therapy with fiancé Ercan Ramadan following struggles to adapt to life after lockdown.
Captioning the post, which requested people to 'be kind', Vicky wrote: "Life can be hard at times and absolutely everyone- no matter how happy they seem or how perfect their life looks on Instagram- is fighting a battle you know nothing about..
"So be kind when you can... Because you never know, one day you might be struggling and someone might just repay the favour." After posting, Vicky was met with numerous messages of support.

Speaking to The Sun about her recent therapy, Vicky said: “I am a huge advocate for therapy in any form. Whatever it is that helps you work through stuff. We are all just trying to put ourselves together." For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
