Former Emmerdale star Gemma Oaten is set to appear on Million Pound Pawn tonight (July 7). The ITV series aims to 'lift the lid' on the pawnbroking business by following transactions from the beginning to the end.
With exclusive access to some of the nations most exciting dealers an array of incredible assets this series reveals the emotional and financial stakes at play in the intriguing world of pawnbroking. Tonight's episode will see Gemma, who played Rachel Breckle in the Dales, brings a very sentimental ring into the shop in hopes trading it in could fund some 'very special plans'.
Elsewhere, a fashion designer and model called Robyn is hoping her luxury bag collection will raise enough cash to help fund her fledgling lingerie business. In the Cotswolds, an art lover believes some of his collection might be worth several million pounds.

Also in the show, a luxury goods consultant is hoping to release some funds by selling some of her jewellery and handbag collection.
Pawnbroking is big business and every 24 hours pawnbrokers across the country buy, sell and loan against over a million pounds worth of our treasured possessions. As the country emerges from a period of economic uncertainty the number of pawnbroking shops on high streets is rising, so it's interesting to get the chance to look as that kinds of transactions take place.
The next episode of Million Pount Pawn will air on ITV at 9pm tonight (July 7).
