A former patient of disgraced neurosurgeon Sam Eljamel has expressed her “shock” at NHS Tayside’s approach to an inquiry into his wrongdoing, after a former executive at the health board was unable to answer questions.
Sandra MacLeod, who was interim deputy chief executive for NHS Tayside from February 2024 to February 2026, had been lined up to answer a number of questions about records management at the health board.
