Former Clydebank Health Centre set to become new council housing

Clydebank NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde West Dunbartonshire Council Glasgow West Dunbartonshire

More than £700,000 has been approved to purchase the former Clydebank Health Centre by West Dunbartonshire Council who will turn it into new council accommodation.

Members of the housing and communities committee agreed the price of £707,400 for the building which is currently owned by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

It’s part of the local authority’s affordable housing supply programme which has already delivered more than 1000 new homes throughout the area including the council’s new house building programme.
