A former child actor has filed a lawsuit against The Walt Disney Co. in Los Angeles, alleging she was repeatedly raped and sexually assaulted by a middle-aged Disney employee while filming the 2001 Disney Channel movie The Poof Point.

Raquel Lee Bolleau, now 39, says the abuse took place on set and in hotel rooms during the Utah shoot when she was just 14, and alleges that adults working on the production failed to intervene.
