Former Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers is said to be weighing up a shock reunion with Kieran Tierney.
The left-back from Muirhouse was a player the current Leicester City boss admired during their time together at Parkhead, when they dominated Scottish football.
Both left Celtic in 2019, with Tierney heading to Arsenal and Rodgers becoming Leicester boss, irking Hoops fans with his departure mid-season.
Since joining the Gunners, head coach Mikel Arteta has relied upon the Lanarkshire full-back and has been linked with big moves to Barcelona and Real Madrid.
A report from 90 Min suggests that the latter have had 'highly acclaimed 'chief scout Juni Calafat watch Tierney and they are now considering a move.
But the same report states that Rodgers is still a huge fan of the man he used to work with at Celtic.
While it would be a big shock and certainly a bold step from Leicester, should Arsenal show any signs they could sell or Tierney pushes for a move, it's believed Rodgers will make his 'interest known.'
A transfer push was first launched in 2020 when the Muirhouse's man time in London hit a dip amid injury problems.
