Former care home to become housing as part of £1.25m deal

Alloway

A former care home has been sold for housing in a seven-figure deal.

The old Rozelle Holm Farm in Alloway is to be transformed into 12 properties after changing hands for £1.25 million.

Jab Property Developments Ltd, a firm based in the north-east of Scotland, say they will "tastefully" redevelop the site, converting the original Rozelle farm buildings back into residential use.
