A former Canberra lecturer is set to face a trial accused of repeatedly plotting to kill her ex-husband, as well as his mother.

Lisa Lines, 43, has been denied bail in Adelaide Magistrates Court, appearing for the first time in South Australia where she is accused of attempting to orchestrate the murder of the father of her two children, Jonathon Hawtin.
