Former British soldier killed in Ukraine ‘a true hero’

An ex-British soldier killed while fighting in Ukraine has been hailed a hero by both his family and an adviser to the war-torn country’s president.

Jordan Gatley was shot dead in the city of Severodonetsk in eastern Ukraine.
