A former assistant to Dolton, Illinois Mayor Tiffany Henyard has come forward with allegations of lavish spending and unethical behavior on the taxpayer's dime. The assistant, now a Thornton Township trustee, claims that Henyard engaged in manipulative and predatory actions to increase her influence.
Henyard, who also serves as Supervisor for Thornton Township, has faced a series of scandals and accusations of misdeeds, excessive spending, corruption, and retaliation against co-workers. Despite calls for her resignation, she has remained in her positions.
