Caleb Flynn, 40, has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from the death of 37-year-old teacher and volleyball coach Ashley Flynn at their Tipp City home on 16 February 2026. Prosecutors allege Flynn was responsible for the shooting and staged the scene to support his account that an intruder had entered the property.
