Love Island finalist Paul Knops looks completely different five years on from the show.
Paul found fame on the programme in 2018 when he was runner-up alongside Scottish star Laura Anderson.
The pair missed out on the win to Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham.
Paul already had a taste of fame before Love Island when he appeared in Britney Spears' Make Me music video where he kissed the A-lister.
Paul didn't appear in the Mallorca villa until day 43 but managed to stay in for the full two weeks until the final.
Laura and Paul stayed together briefly after their dating show stint but split just two months later.
The then-couple were seen having a huge argument just a month before they decided to call it quits after a night out at The Cuckoo Club in London's Mayfair.
However, when the break up became public knowledge, they ultimately blamed it on their hectic schedules and work commitments sending them off to different corners of the world following their new found fame.
A source told The Sun at the time: "Paul went to New York for modelling work and on to Burning Man while Laura enjoyed some time back in Dubai where she lived before signing up to Love Island.
"They saw each other on Saturday night but only for a personal appearance and things weren’t the same between them so they have decided to cool off their romance."
Paul has now swapped his life of fame for a calmer life away from the public eye.
He has also gone through a transformation looks-wise as he has noticeably been going to the gym and beefing up his physique.
The former Love Island star has also grown out his beard and now has much longer locks.
It seems that Paul is still enjoying the sun after leaving the villa as he often shares updates from activities such as hikes from picturesque locations.
Paul has been travelling around locations such as the US, Santorini and Dubai.
He attended the Burning Man festival in the US back in November.
It's not known whether he is in a romantic relationship.
