Forensics comb Scots property after man rushed to hospital in police incident

A police station and residential property have been cordoned off by police after a man was rushed to hospital in an early morning incident.

Emergency services raced to North Road, Forres after receiving reports of an injured man at 4.10am on Friday morning.

The casualty was taken to hospital, however his current condition is unknown.

Forensics were spotted at a property in the street earlier today, with pictures showing a smashed window and blood stains on the stairs leading to the front door.

In a believed to be linked move by cops, Forres Police Station has also been cordoned off, and an investigation has been launched.
