Foreign tourist to be deported after Hua Hin rampage

An image from a video of the incident in downtown Hua Hin shows a Qatari man preparing to confront a motorcyclist on the evening of July 26.

A Qatari man is facing deportation after a series of unprovoked attacks on six people — including dragging a woman from her wheelchair — during a violent outburst in Hua Hin.

The incident occurred on Sunday evening after the man, a Qatari national, came out of a cannabis shop in the beach town in Prachuap Khiri Khan, according to Hua Hin Today.
